At Your Reformer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pilates journey. If your equipment or accessories aren't the perfect fit for your home studio, we offer a straightforward return process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization form.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Reformer

  Ensure the item is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original commercial packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a specialized courier to collect the equipment from your location at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
